When under the pressure of daily multitasking and heavy workloads, the brain is drained of energy reserves leading to decreased focus, increased stress, and lowered productivity. Salt Lake Power Yoga provides you and your employees a way to reduce this mental exhaustion while boosting personal wellness and productivity. We provide a mindfulness program based on the Dharana Method.

The Dharana Method is a science-based meditation technique that cultivates concentration and strengthens your employee’s “focus muscle,” giving them tools for efficient single-tasking, with added benefits of stronger leadership skills, self-motivation, better health and wellbeing.

Learn the art of focus, plus critical “keys to happiness” values such as self-care, gratitude, purpose, integrity and more.

  • Your employees don’t need to change clothes (or shower)
  • Your employees don’t need any special skills or physical ability.
  • No equipment is needed besides a place to sit comfortably.
  • An instructor comes to you, or your employees relax at our new mediation studio in Downtown SLC.
  • We don’t take up the whole lunch hour, allowing time for actually eating lunch!
  • We don’t take up much space; all we need is sitting room in a conference room or lobby.
